INSPIRED JAVA TERMS AND CONDITIONS

Welcome to Inspired Java ("Inspired Java," "we," "us," or "our"), owned and operated by Jana L. Martin at inspiredjava.com (the "Site"). By accessing the Site, subscribing to our emails, or buying our products, you agree to these Terms. If you don't agree, please don't use the Site.

What We Offer

Inspired Java offers digital products (planners, journals, workbooks, ebooks, courses, guided meditations, printables), print-on-demand physical merchandise (such as mugs, shirts, sweatshirts, and accessories), paperback books, free resources, blog content, and email newsletters.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or the age of majority where you live, to purchase from us. By purchasing, you confirm you meet this requirement.

Orders and Payment

  • Purchases are processed through third-party platforms such as Payhip, which handle payment on our behalf. We don't store your full payment card details.

  • Prices are in U.S. dollars unless stated otherwise and may change at any time. The price you see at checkout is the price you pay.
  • Applicable taxes (such as VAT or sales tax) may be added at checkout by the payment platform.
  • We may refuse or cancel any order, for example in cases of suspected fraud, pricing errors, or unavailable products.

Digital Products

  • Delivery: Digital products are delivered by download link or email after payment. Please save your files promptly. Download links may have limits or expiration dates set by the platform.

  • Personal-use license: When you buy a digital product, you receive a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license for personal use only.
  • You may not: resell, share, distribute, upload, or give away our files (in whole or in part); claim them as your own; use them to create competing products; or use them for commercial purposes, including as content in your own courses, templates, or products, without our written permission. This includes AI training or scraping.
  • Printing: You may print products for your own personal use. Printing for clients, groups, or resale is not permitted unless we've granted a separate license.
  • Screen and print variation: Colors may look different on different screens and printers. Printing quality depends on your equipment and paper, and isn't guaranteed.
  • Updates: We may update or improve products over time but are not required to provide updates unless we've said so.

Physical Products (Print-on-Demand and Paperbacks)

  • Physical items are made and shipped on demand by third-party print and fulfillment partners [such as Printful, Printify, or Amazon KDP]. Items are made to order after you buy them.

  • Production and delivery times are estimates, not guarantees. Delays caused by carriers, customs, or weather are outside our control.
  • Colors and placement may differ slightly from mockup images.
  • You're responsible for entering an accurate shipping address. We aren't responsible for orders lost or delayed because of incorrect addresses.
  • Paperbacks sold through Amazon are subject to Amazon's own terms, shipping, and return policies.
  • Customs duties, import taxes, and fees for international orders are the buyer's responsibility.

Refunds and Returns

Digital products: Because digital products can't be returned once downloaded, all digital sales are final and non-refundable. If you have a technical problem, such as a corrupted file or a missing download, contact us at [email] within [14] days and we'll fix it or make it right. 

Physical products: Because items are custom-made for you, we don't accept returns or exchanges for buyer's remorse or wrong size selection. If your item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, contact us at [email] within [30] days of delivery with your order number and clear photos, and we'll arrange a replacement or refund.

Intellectual Property

All content on the Site and in our products, including text, designs, illustrations, logos, brand names (including "Inspired Java," "BREW," "Brew Your Confidence," and "Brew Your Belief"), color palettes, affirmations, quotes, graphics, and downloads, is owned by Inspired Java / Jana L. Martin and protected by copyright and trademark law. You may not copy, reproduce, modify, or distribute any of it without written permission, except as allowed in Section 4.

Sharing short excerpts with credit and a link back to inspiredjava.com is welcome. Please don't repost full pages, chapters, or files.

User Conduct

You agree not to misuse the Site, including by attempting to hack or disrupt it, sending spam, using bots or scrapers, submitting false information, infringing others' rights, or using the Site for anything unlawful.

Email Communications

When you join our email list, you agree to receive emails from us, including free resources, challenge sequences, content, and promotions. You can unsubscribe at any time using the link in any email. Emails are sent through Mailchimp or a similar provider. See our Privacy Policy for how we handle your information.

Affiliate Program

If you join the Inspired Java affiliate program, you must also follow the program rules provided at signup, including clearly disclosing your affiliate relationship as required by law. We may change commission terms or remove affiliates who violate the rules or engage in misleading, spammy, or unlawful promotion.

Third-Party Links and Services

The Site contains links to third-party websites and services (including affiliate links). We don't control and aren't responsible for their content, policies, or practices. Using them is at your own risk.

Disclaimer of Warranties

The Site and all products are provided "as is" and "as available" without warranties of any kind, express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose. We don't guarantee that the Site will be uninterrupted or error-free, or that any product will produce specific results. See the Disclaimer below for more.

Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, Inspired Java and Jana L. Martin will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits, revenue, data, or goodwill, arising from your use of the Site or products. Our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount you paid for the product at issue.

Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Inspired Java and Jana L. Martin from claims, losses, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising from your violation of these Terms or misuse of the Site or products.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Florida, United States, without regard to conflict-of-law rules. Any dispute will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Florida, unless applicable law requires otherwise. 

Changes to These Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect when posted, and the "Last updated" date will change. Continued use of the Site means you accept the updated Terms.
