The One-Cup BREW Reset is a free printable resource for the moment when your mind feels crowded and you want a clearer next step. Make a little space, pick up a pen, and work through a short reflection at your own pace.
You do not need a fresh planner, a quiet house, or a complete plan for your next chapter. A cup of coffee or tea and a few honest answers are a perfectly good beginning.

It is easy to carry a running list of things you should do, decisions you have not made, and ideas you do not want to lose. When everything stays in your head, choosing where to begin can feel harder than the task itself.
This reset gives those thoughts somewhere to land. The goal is to notice what needs attention and choose one manageable action. You can use it when you feel scattered, when an idea keeps getting pushed aside, or when you want to reconnect with your priorities.
Set aside about ten minutes if that fits your day. Take longer, split the pages into smaller sessions, or come back another time. This is a reflection tool, not another deadline.
The seven-page PDF includes space to get thoughts onto paper, reflect on confidence and personal needs, and turn a useful insight into a simple next step.
Print the PDF and write on it, or read the prompts and use a notebook. You do not need to buy anything to work through it.
If the email does not arrive, check that you used the right address and look in your filtered folders. For help, email hello@inspiredjava.com. Please do not send passwords or other sensitive account details.

Choose a time when you can give yourself a little attention. Put the phone aside if that helps. Start with the thoughts on your mind rather than the answer you think you ought to give.
When you reach the action step, keep it concrete. “Be more confident” is a wish. “Write down one decision I handled well” is something you can do. “Find my purpose” can wait; “look up the opening times for one class I am curious about” can happen this week.
If a prompt does not fit your situation, adapt it or skip it. You are allowed to use a tool in the way that helps you. A useful reset leaves you with a little more direction, not a longer list of demands.
Try your chosen action, then ask: What did I learn? What made this easier or harder? What would be a sensible next step? The answer may be to continue, adjust the plan, ask for help, or choose something smaller.
